Sigenergy home energy

Battery storage with a clear purpose.

Store energy for later use, plan backup around the appliances that matter, and choose the system around your household.

Sigenergy Gold Installer

Introducing SigenStor.

SigenStor combines an energy controller and modular battery storage, with monitoring through the mySigen app. Vortex selects the proposed controller, storage and installation scope around your home.

Solar, batteries and an EV can affect each other’s energy needs. We consider those loads together before preparing your quote.

Know what each part does.

Energy controller

Manages energy conversion and the system’s power capability. Controller power is measured in kilowatts, or kW.

Battery modules

Store energy for use later. Storage is measured in kilowatt hours, or kWh. Your proposal states the usable capacity.

Backup gateway

Suitable gateway equipment and electrical design are needed for a backup arrangement. We specify the circuits and loads included.

mySigen app

Provides system monitoring and energy flow information. We explain the relevant controls during handover.

Adding a battery to existing solar.

We check your existing inverter, metering, electrical supply and installation before confirming the integration. Keeping the current solar system may be suitable; the assessment determines the right approach.

A photograph alone cannot establish compatibility or final installation compliance.

Backup is a design choice.

Owning a battery does not automatically provide blackout power. Tell us which appliances you want to keep running so we can define the scope.

Available power and duration depend on the chosen equipment, battery charge and loads running at the time.

Size it for the way you live.

We look at when you import electricity, available solar, seasonal demand and planned changes such as heating, hot water or an EV. We also consider the electricity plan and any sensible charging windows.

Additional storage is useful when the design gives you a practical reason to use it. It does not fix your electricity tariff or remove supply charges.
