What makes AIKO ABC panels different?

AIKO’s ABC name stands for All Back Contact. The electrical contacts are placed on the rear of the cells, rather than across their sun-facing surface. Appearance, dimensions and other characteristics still depend on the selected panel model.

Choose the right NEOSTAR model

NEOSTAR is a product range, rather than one panel specification. AIKO introduced a 470 W NEOSTAR 2P panel in Australia, and its product catalogue now includes multiple NEOSTAR generations and models. A model mentioned in an older article or quote may differ from the panel currently offered.

Assess the roof before comparing output

AIKO promotes partial-shading optimisation among its ABC panel features. Shading still needs assessment at your property: trees, chimneys and nearby structures can affect the proposed array at different times.

We review usable roof faces, obstructions and layout alongside when your home uses electricity. Panel features alone cannot establish the completed system’s annual generation or savings. Any estimate should explain the assumptions for your property.

Will AIKO panels solve shading on my roof?

We need to assess the shading and design before recommending equipment. A panel’s shading features do not remove the need for a suitable layout or guarantee a particular output.

Can AIKO panels be considered with a battery?

Yes. We can review the selected panels and proposed Sigenergy equipment as a complete design. Battery sizing and any backup arrangement depend on your household, supply and site checks.

What warranty applies?

AIKO publishes separate product and performance warranty information. We identify the applicable documents for your quoted model and supply arrangement, rather than applying one range’s terms to every AIKO panel.
