Victoria has a net feed-in tariff agreement in place. This means that you get paid by your electricity retailer for the excess electricity that you feed back to the grid.
From 1 July 2022 the minimum Victorian feed-in tariff will be 5.2c/kWh. It is available to households, businesses and schools who have solar power installed and approval from their distributor to export to the grid.
We check your ability to export to the grid as part of our site assessment process.
